It all started when I attended a networking conference, eager to make new connections and expand my photography business. Little did I know that a simple introduction would lead to an incredible journey.

As I mingled with the crowd, I noticed a young lady engrossed in conversation with my friend. Without hesitation, I decided to introduce myself, saying, "Hi, my name is Kelli Price." Her response left me utterly bewildered. She paused and then exclaimed, "THE Kelli Price?!"

I was taken aback, wondering how on earth she knew me. The mystery unfolded as she shared that I had taken a headshot of one of her co-workers, and that co-worker had spoken highly of my work. That simple introduction had already broken the ice and laid the foundation for a meaningful connection., friendship and ongoing joke whenever we spend time together.

I had the privilege of photographing events for her company, JMP, and their sister company, Sas. The trust she placed in me was a testament to the importance of building strong relationships in the business world. But the journey didn't stop there. I had the pleasure of photographing team headshots and even organized a 'Headshot' marathon at the renowned Umstead Hotel and Spa. See any familiar faces?!
