Officially introducing....Kelli & Event Photography
Many moons ago, I worked part-time "slinging Q" which is Southern for sweating your butt off and serving tasty BBQ at private parties, corporate events & weddings. It was a fun gig that supported my travel habit, gave me the opportunity to see a lot of Georgia & an appreciation for the fine art of displaying food. It also trained me to look at events in a different way....what makes it special, why are the guests enjoying themselves, who spent 3 weekends tying ribbons to each party favor, what does the CLIENT want to remember about this event? This is where the photographer comes in, they capture all those details the client has spent months to a year planning.
You may have noticed a new 'Events' section on my website. I have been photographing events for a couple years, but thought it was time to make it official and combine some of my favorite things....people having fun, food, good causes and capturing the moments with photography.
