The fact that the event isn’t a mandatory company meeting but an incentive is pretty different than what I’ve seen before. As a photographer of many meetings, general sessions and guest speakers I can see a significant increase in the engagement.

People now recognize me, say “Good to see you again” and I’m even social media friends with a handful of the employees. Shoot, I even have photos WITH the attendees!
